GRILLED SCALLOPS: Proscuitto wrapped jumbo scallops with a blueberry-champagne reduction.
CHICKEN WINGS: Grilled wings with choice of hot sauce, BBQ sauce or sweet teriyaki sauce.

GRILLED CHICKEN: With broccoli, roasted tomatoes & fresh thyme, in a mascarpone cream sauce with fusilli.

Entrees:
CHICKEN ROULADE: Whole chicken breast rolled with fresh spinach, pine nuts & pecorino, topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce. Served with potatoes & fresh vegetables.
ELK TENDERLOIN: All-natural elk served with potatoes & vegetables. Preparation changes daily.
